CompuWorks Publisher 2 lets you create newsletters, reports, brochures and flyers from your desktop. The CD-ROM includes 32 templates and lets you rotate objects, create shadows, add clip art, wrap and kern text, and vary line spacing. The program also imports Photo CD files, and has spell-checking, thesaurus, and text search-and-replace functions.
Publisher 2 is one of six new programs in WizardWork Group's CompuWorks office series for the SOHO market. Other titles are Draw 2 (illustration/graphics), Labels for Windows 95/NT, Business Cards & Certificates for Windows 95/NT, 101 Business Forms and 10,000 Color Clips (full-color images).

Checking out the job market doesn't have to be so much work. WinWay Resume 4.0 not only helps you write resum...s, but also serves as an interactive search tool.
The software takes you to WinWay's Web site, which lists Internet locations and links for job sites. WinWay's site, updated daily, also offers career advice and posts resum...s.
The program converts resum...s and cover letters into ASCII or RTF format and can customize them to suit 12,000 job descriptions. It sends them to potential employers using Microsoft Exchange and keeps track of your correspondence. The CD-ROM version includes a multimedia interview simulation with interview hints and the most commonly asked, as well as unlawful, questions. It includes Microsoft Internet Explorer.
