This .WAV editor can synthesize almost any sound using noise- and tone-generation functions. You can adjust amplification, reverb, echo and flanging, and set sampled sounds to music. Cool Edit includes a batch processor and supports .PCM, .VOC, .SMP, .AU and a host of other file formats.

Link Check 95 4.7

Users can verify links between executable files and DLLs with Link Check. It helps in analyzing system error messages such as "Cannot find [filename] or one of its components" or "Call to undefined dynalink," and it allows you to view version information on all modules.
