Before you click on Wintune 95's Analyze Now button, take this quick tour to see how the program will test your system. You'll also learn how to get the most out of the charts, database, reports and tips that will be available to you once the testing is over.
Wintune 95's Summary tab tells you at a glance about the condition and performance of your system. You can run the benchmarks and view results from here, or use the other tabs to compile a detailed analysis.

Exchange Files
- 1. This heading identifies the file as Wintune results. It should be the first line in the file.
- 2. Version information lets Wintune determine whether the results in this file are compatible with your version of Wintune.
- 3. Each analyzer (System, CPU, Video, Disk, Apps) has a section in the file where its results are kept.
To add other results into your database, use the .WTX file import function. You can either use the File/Import option on Wintune's menu (shown here) or just drag the .WTX files onto the Wintune window.

Wintune's Reports feature gives you a tabular display of performance and configuration data for the systems you've selected from the database. You can print reports or copy them to the Clipboard for use with a spreadsheet or word processor. If you want to change the order in which the systems appear in the report, change the sort order in the Database tab.
