WEB Office, from Blue Sky, places popular HTML and Web-related tools under one integrated roof. You can launch the applications with WEB Office's floating toolbar.
Microsoft Internet Assistant 2.0 for Microsoft Word is the package's HTML editor. The included book on HTML focuses on how to get the most out of HTML authoring. Web Doctor, the best program of the bunch, analyzes any Web site, reports on missing or broken links and graphics, and notes the average download time.
The package's Web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.0. Your allegiance to Netscape Navigator will dictate whether you love or hate that choice. In any case, I'd prefer using the current 3.0 version of Internet Explorer.
Also included is an image hot-spot and map-editing program, a registered copy of JASC's excellent Paint Shop Pro 4.0, Blue Sky's Help-to-HTML Converter and a library of useful Web graphics in HTML form, all on CD-ROM.
The limited-time $399 price tag (it will become $499) is too high, since Internet Assistant and Internet Explorer are free, and you can find plenty of graphics on the Web for free as well.
