What's a mopier? According to Hewlett-Packard, it's a machine that produces Multiple Original Prints. And that's another term for a high-speed network printer with a high duty cycle that can copy as well as print. The HP LaserJet 5Si Mopier prints 600x600dpi with microfine toner and resolution enhancement and offers more than 120 levels of gray. This printer automatically staples, collates and duplexes documents, and it includes a 5-bin mailbox for job retrieval. The LaserJet 5Si Mopier employs Transmit Once technology to receive and store print data so it is sent by the smart driver over the network only once to generate as many copies as you might need. The 5Si Mopier prints up to 24 pages per minute and has an AMD 29040 40MHz microprocessor.
