A video special-effects program, VideoCraft 3.6 now supports GIF animations. It provides seven special-effects editors for creating animations: Overlay, Stylize, Colorize, Distort, Morph, Transition and Warp. VideoCraft also lets you convert video clips into the GIF format and incorparate them into Java scripts.
