Still using a separate printer, fax machine and copier in your department or small office? You may want to consider consolidating. The Xerox Document WorkCentre Pro 535 is a 4-page per minute, 300-dot per inch laser printer that faxes a page in 9 seconds, scans a page to memory in 5 seconds, produces up to 99 copies at 204x196dpi, and sends and receives paperless faxes with Delrina Winfax Lite 4.0 software. The machine is capable of a superfine faxing resolution of 200x400dpi for documents with graphics. The Document WorkCentre Pro 535 measures 9.1 by 15.4 by 14.6 inches and weighs 21.8 pounds. Its standard fax memory of 20 pages can be upgraded to 2MB, enough for approximately 155 pages. The unit ships with a 160-sheet paper tray and a 20-page automatic document feeder.
