Reader Richard Faulkner found another way around the "Undelivered Mail" problems with Microsoft Fax (Notes from the Lab, January). Instead of generating a new profile like we suggested, he called up Tools\Options\Delivery and used the arrow buttons to drag and drop the Fax service above the other services.
