New Products
IBM rolls out a new line of commercial desktop systems with the IBM PC 300GL. The entry-level PCs offer IBM's Wake-on-LAN technology and LANClient Control Manager. The systems come with either a 166MHz MMX Pentium, or a 133MHz or 166MHz Pentium; 8MB, 16MB or 32MB of SDRAM; a 1.2GB or 2.5GB BusMaster EIDE hard drive; a 16X CD-ROM drive; integrated 10BaseT Ethernet; and either Windows 95 or NT 4.0. $1,200 to $2,000 (no monitor) IBM PC Co. 800-426-2968, 914-766-1900
