When contributing editor Lou Grinzo uses SyQuest's EZFlyer, it tends to lock up under NT and Win95 OEM Service Release 2 when ejecting and accepting cartridges. Turns out the EZFlyer can't work with large-block mode. The only solution we know is to disable large-block mode (also called PIO, programmed input/output) from the system BIOS.
